Job Summary
Job Description
-This is a 6 working days position based in regions
-Responsible for recruiting Blue Collars, screening, headhunting, interviewing and onboarding candidates.
-Posting job ads and screening applicants resumes and job applications
-Scheduling job interviews, assessments and assisting in interview process
-Conduct new employee orientations
communicate to accepted applicants the job details, job descriptions , benefits and work conditions.
-Responsible for conducting exit interviews operations & attrition rate analysis/region.
